ANNOUNCEMENT: Political Pulse is resuming
Political Pulse is resuming with a renewed focus and a clear publishing cadence.
The project will publish once a week and focus primarily on British Columbia politics and public policy, drawing on Canadian and international examples where they sharpen accountability, perspective, and outcomes.
The goal hasn’t changed.
Political Pulse exists to examine how decisions are made, who owns outcomes, and where leadership fails when systems stop serving the people they are meant to protect. It is unapologetically political, grounded in experience, and focused on competence rather than theatre.
The first new piece in this run focuses on health care, transparency, and why British Columbia’s failures are not a funding mystery, but a governance and accountability problem.
To mark the return of Political Pulse, I’m offering a limited RESTART RATE on annual subscriptions for seven days. Subscribers who join during this window receive 25% off their annual subscription, locked in for as long as they remain subscribed.
Annual subscribers receive:

Thank you to everyone who stayed subscribed and supported the work during the pause.
I’m looking forward to getting back to consistent, weekly publishing.
